About Reaper Built

Meet Your Coach – Ben

I’ve been training for 8 years, and I got into bodybuilding around the age of 18. I went from a skinny 140 lbs kid to building myself into 220 lbs of disciplined muscle and hard work. Nothing about my growth was luck — it was planning, discipline, and pushing past every limit.
 
I’m also active-duty U.S. Navy, with real deployment experience and firsthand understanding of staying disciplined under pressure. I know what it means to train in unpredictable environments, stay consistent in chaos, and build a mindset that doesn’t break.
 
I created Reaper Built because I was tired of seeing soft, half-effort training being passed off as “fitness.” I wanted a place where people come to work, not pretend.

Why I Started Reaper Built

Reaper Built Coaching was created out of frustration — watching people follow weak training advice, no structure, random workouts, no real discipline.
 
I wanted to build a coaching system that:
 • Cuts through the BS
 • Teaches real training
 • Builds real muscle
 • Creates mentally tougher, more disciplined men and women
 • Gets people off autopilot and into intentional living
 
This isn’t a “feel good” fitness page.
This is a movement designed to help people transform through intensity, structure, and accountability.
